Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, and/or debit/credit cards. If you decide to book your event by phone, we will gladly accept credit/debit card payment immediately. We do not save any of your card information without permission, and any information that we do gather is kept secure and private, and is later discarded appropriately. Each rental requires a deposit of half the rental price upon booking. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of your rental unit or party date. You also have the option of paying the full amount upon booking, if it is preferred. We accept cash, and /or credit/debit cards.
How long do we get to keep the rental?
Your rental is good for the entire day. In most cases you will have your rental for 6-8 hours. The total duration will depend on what time your party/event is scheduled to begin and how that affects our drop-off and pickup schedule. (Example: If your party begins in the morning, you will most likely be one of our first drop-offs. At the same time, you will also be one of our first pickups for that day, and vice versa.)
Does WeBounce deliver the rental units?
We are thrilled that you are interested in renting our units for your event! We want to make it as easy and convenient as possible for you. That’s why we deliver and set up each unit for you at your location. We check that everything is working well and that you are satisfied with the unit before we leave. You don’t have to worry about anything, just have fun! When your event is over, we will come back and take down the unit for you. We charge a $40 setup/takedown fee for each unit per property. This fee covers transportation fees to bring you the best service possible. We hope you enjoy our rental units and have a blast!
